A story with no end.                                                                                                      

This grueling image; like several other iconic photographs, such as the child  running naked from napalm bombs in Vietnam, & the Beijing ‘unknown rebel’; staring down the barrel of a canon’s gun a one man army against a barrage of tanks has joined as a photo-documentary against a singular motive; different in nature, time and place, but parallel in its cause.

Resistance.

Resistance against a repressive & tyrannical government.
